We’re located on the 39th floor of the center (tallest) tower in CityPlex Towers, a 3-building complex. All three buildings share the same lobby, so if you see signage for Oklahoma Surgical Hospital, don’t worry — you’re in the right place!

👉 Please enter from the East entrance. Once inside, you’ll see a Subway restaurant. Please wait near the restaurant and call Josh at 323-420-8674 so we can escort you to our secured-access floor.

🚗 Parking Info

• Yellow areas on the map are your first-choice guest parking spots. (see maps on next few pages)

• If those are full, use the blue-marked backup areas.

• Enter at the star-marked entrance on the East side (near Subway) into the main lobby.
