The Journey is a feature-length documentary and musical, starring the legendary tenor, Andrea Bocelli.
The initial theatrical release took place on April 2-8 in 1,000 theaters across the US.
Additionally, it was also released as a three-part series for streaming services, including Paramount Plus.
The film and series features performances by Andrea Bocelli, Tori Kelly, Taya, Michael W. Smith, Tauren Wells and more.
For our part in the film and series, we created an original score, as well as did the full sound mix, including dialogue editing, sound design, and a 5.1 surround mix.
We also had the privilege of orchestrating, arranging and mixing a version of Amazing Grace, which featured all of the artists from the film in one song, as the grand finale of the film.
Overall, this has been the most difficult project we’ve ever worked on, but also the most rewarding! We can’t wait to see what the future brings with new projects with Andrea Bocelli and the team at Impact Productions.
