How do you want to pay?

HOW DO I REQUEST AND BOOK A SESSION?

Super simple.  To set up a session time, please call or email us with your session request and a studio engineer will contact you at their earliest convenience. Once you have spoken with an engineer to confirm availability, you can fill out the ADR/VO Recording Studio Form as well as any miscellaneous details in the “Notes“ section. Once you select “Submit” you’ll be prompted for payment. When payment is confirmed, your session is booked. 🎉

Can I fill out the submission form instead of speaking to someone?

Yes. If you know how much time you need for the session, we have several options to choose from. An engineer will follow up via email or phone call to confirm the details of your session, or if a scheduling conflict arises.  A phone call will give us a chance to briefly visit about the project details, but we understand tight deadlines and know that our engineers will be able to take care of you no matter the circumstance.

How much do you charge for a session?

All ADR/VO sessions start at $499 for a Short Session (1-3 hours). We also offer Half Day (4-Hour) and Full Day (8-Hour) sessions. Each option includes the session time, set-up, tear down, file archiving and cleaning arrangements due to COVID-19 (see our COVID-19 Protocols). All of our studio rates and prices are located on the ADR/VO Recording Studio Form.

What IF I only have one line I need to retake?

Our minimum session time is 1 hour, so you will need to select the Short Session option.  During your session, you are free to take as many or as few takes as needed within the allotted session time.

Do you have Source-Connect or Zoom?

Yes, we have both. You can book a Source-Connect Session using the “Half Day with Source Connect” option at checkout. Zoom patch-thru is complimentary for all sessions. This helps the talent, director and producers see and communicate with each other, and maximizes efficiency in remote-recording sessions.

I scheduled a session that I can no longer make.  What should I do?

No worries.  If you reach out to a member of our staff, we will be happy to help move availability times around to help accommodate your situation.

Where is the studio facility located?

We are located at CityPlex Towers on the 39th Floor, Suite 3900 in Tulsa, OK. We have plenty of free guest parking available near the front of the complex.

What DOES THE STUDIO LOOK LIKE?

We could talk all day about our state of the art Isolated Vocal Booth, but we thought it would be easier to show you what it looks like from a distance.

What amenities do you offer?

Our studio has several vantage points, and overlooks the Arkansas River and Riverside Parkway, just 15 minutes from Gathering Place and Downtown Tulsa, and 5 minutes from Riverside Terrace, with lots of coffee shops and restaurants in the surrounding area. Our facility features a fully acoustically treated Isolated Vocal Booth featuring modern, customizable LED lighting, a separate break room, water station, coffee and tea for all clients and talent. There is also a Subway and Pizza Cafe on the lower level that is open from 7am-6pm Monday through Friday.

What if I need more time to record during the session?

If you need more time, we will charge $150 on the spot for an additional hour using the same card on file. Your session engineer will let you know when you are about to exceed the session time limit, so you will have time to wrap-up or continue if necessary.

What measures are you taking to prevent the spread of COVID-19 during the session?

Our team currently adheres to the SAG-AFTRA Guidelines for Voiceover Recording, which includes cleaning and sanitizing every microphone and touch-point area upon arrival, and when necessary, wearing masks before and after each session. During the session, only one person will be allowed in the Isolated Vocal Booth at a time. For an additional $50, we also offer a completely contactless recording option.

What is a completely contactless recording and how does it work?

Completely Contactless Recording allows for limited to virtually no in-person interaction upon arrival to help prevent the spread and transmission of COVID-19 and other easily transmissible viruses. Before each contactless session, all stations are thoroughly wiped-down twice using the SAG-AFTRA Guidelines for Voiceover Recording. Upon arrival, the talent is given special instructions via phone call to help guide them to our facility with limited to zero in-person interaction. We will have signage to help guide them as well.
